Definitions
Limited lifetime shall mean as long as the original purchaser owns, and the Product remains installed in, the home in which the Product is originally installed.
Rust: Seller warrants the Product door sections against splitting, cracking, or deterioration due to rusting through for the period of time listed below:
Delamination: Seller warrants the Product door sections against delamination of the polyurethane foam and facial molding from the steel skins of the panel for the period of time listed below:
* TWO (2) YEARS against peeling or color fade of finish on Product sections with Black finish or Walnut or Golden Oak wood grain finish which materially alters the color of the Product and cannot be remedied by cleaning with the recommended solution
Additional Warranties
All the warranties listed above are provided by the manufacturer. In addition to the manufacturer's warranties, Overhead Door Company of Northern Kentucky offers value added warranties to our customers.
Component Parts: 5 year warranty on all component parts at no additional charge on select models
Springs: Extended life cycle spring assemblies are available on all models at an additional charge. Ask your sales representative for details.
Annual Maintenance Program: An annual maintenance program is available on all models at an additional charge. Ask your sales representative for details.
