Overhead Door Odyssey and Destiny Circuit Boards have been updated.
Overhead Door has recently made a revision to the Odyssey and Destiny series garage door openers. This revision involves both the wall console and circuit board.
The wall console has been changed to a series II wall console. More detailed information about the wall console revision has been outlined in an earlier blog article
This article details information about the changes that have been made to the circuit boards in the Odyssey and Destiny series garage door openers.
The changes to the circuits went into production the week of 9/24/12. Any garage door
opener manufactured prior to this date use the older model circuit and are compatible with the older model OCWC-BX wall console (part #37223R).
Any Odyssey and Destiny series garage door openers manufactured after 9/24/12 use the
newer model circuit board and are compatible with the new model OCWC2-BX wall console
(part #38067R).
